2. Many shudder at any prediction that shows the possibility of chaos, these people who shudder and "cry fear - based" are the ones to avoid.
Preparation and understanding the changes are not fear- based, they are the opposite of fear. Those who will-not, or can-not see the direction the anti-civilization are moving the mass consciousness and seek a different way, are the problem not the solution. When they say,its "fear- based", move quickly away from them. For nothing can contain fear but that which you allow it to. The spiritual community must see the truth, prepare to organize itself into self sufficiency without injecting fear into it. When one can talk about all things upon this planet, for good or woe and see no fear, one will have mastered all things.
When we can address all issues and talk about them openly we will have conquered fear. The fear-based people are the ones who sneered at Noah, and considered building the Ark fear-based. They were also the very ones who pounded on the door of the ARK as the rising flood waters overtook them. Which side of the door will you be on...
Our prediction is that The United States is already covertly attacking Iran, and has already attacked Syria...
Look at the pictures of Saddam being pulled from the hole in 2005, the 2 soldiers holding the massive concrete block that plugged the hole, were holding it with their little fingers from a rope.
The dates bagged in the background are typically cured in June not December and the meat hanging in the air drying in the background is also in June, not December. Saddam was found by troops crossing the border into Syria, and the time frame was impossible.
The amount of chemicals being flooded into our food by the chemical companies, who now own most of our processed food factories is deadly. McDonalds Corp puts aluminum into its processed cheese to help it melt.
The FDA is already changing the guidelines to allow chemicals into "Organic Foods" that will not be listed on the labels. Of course there will be a jump in the amount of organic listed foods on the shelf, most of which will not really be organic:-( and the real organic farmers will not be profitable due to the flooding of the market with these knock off organics...
Do not underestimate a Gore run for the White House at the last minute with a sweep of the convention...
Extra security needs to be placed around Obama if he gets too far ahead of the others, look for skeletons in the Clinton camp just before the convention to cause her to lose ground.
The foreclosure market of 2008 will make the 1987 Savings and Loan crash look like child's play.
Sandy and Jim Predicted a rise in the popularity of John Mcain when he was early on backed by Kissinger and George Shultz. No greater cheer leaders than these two have so much power in the Anti-Civilization.
In 2002 Jim and Sandy predicted the rise of Gold by 2008. We have been criticized for this prediction up and down. Now gold is predicted by the economists to reach $1000 an ounce this year. This is not the greatest reason for buying gold (the fact that it was under $500 in 2002),
but in the new monetary system to be put in place there will be a domestic currency and an international currency.
Gold can be traded in for international currency at world exchange rates of the highest amount. Domestic currency will be worth .50 cents on the dollar overseas. Basically making travel unaffordable for all but business.
Look for pandemic diseases to cause a shutting off of travel over state borders no later than 2009. The CDC has the power to install Quarantines of a hospital, town , city or a state.
Look for the anti-civilization (Economic powers that control the money) to attempt to find a way to eliminate cash money before 2011. It would help their attempts, if a very contagious bacteria/virus were to be found spreading worldwide passed through the exchange and handling of currency.
A deal was made with the gov't of Iraq prior to the 2003 War. The Gov't agreed to go into exile in Syria, the U.S. would have a cake walk across the border. After the U.S. postured with its troops the gov't of Iraq balked and the U.S. had to invade. The U.S. never thought it would have to fight a war. After the Iraq gov't went into exile after the invasion, the U.S. went across Syria's borders and retrieved all the Gov't players through force.
It would be helpful if one had water purification abilities as our planet's drinking water is getting very polluted. Look for the powers that be to pass legislation to control all water resources in 2008.
The U.S. did use battlefield Nukes in Iraq as over 75,000 Iraqi Republican Guards were reported by CNN in the early days of the war as vanishing in a mushroom cloud. Where did they go? They were reportedly located in the area known as Falujah and in the desert between Baghdad and Tikrit.
Why did it take so long for the military to go into Orleans after Katrina. Was it the Chemical Weapons Factory on the coast that was evacuated without proper precautions? The same Chemical Weapons Factory that burnt to the ground on Wed, 4 days after Katrina hit, burnt through Thursday, the troops entered New Orleans Friday. It takes three days for a vaccine to fully activate in your system. Who would have known of the factory's possible lethal release of bacterial agents into the water, maybe the Military who entered New Orleans after Katrina.

With AIG so heavily involved in the financial guarantees of every thing from health/life/catastrophic insurance bonds and more, look for the plug to be pulled on the safety net of many of the largest of these companies by spring of 2009.
Not to mention the loan guarantees of the bonds financing the transit systems of most of the major cities in the U.S.
If Congress fails to approve an emergency bailout we could see the Washington DC Metro grind to a halt in Dec 2008 right before Christmas.
With the Fed temporarily plugging the leaking dike of the U.S. Banking system look for the DOW to rise possibly into the low 10,000 range for a very brief period of early 2009 but average only in the 8000,s through the first quarter of 2009 before finally plunging into the upper 6000's by summer of 2009.

Look for the incredible rise in rare cancers, immune disorders, arthritic diseases in animals/pets as young as 4 or 5 years old. Most of these are the result of limes disease, which is also beginning to run rampant in humans under the diagnosis of MS, Parkinson's, Fibromyalgia and more.

Not to underestimate the health hazards of ingesting lead based paints.
Is there a coincidence in the fact that the banning of and reporting of lead based paints in connection with the sale of real estate coincided with the wide spread installation of Microwave Communication Technology by corporations, local and county governments, police and rescue and the fact that these technologies do not work well in environments where lead is present. Especially whole blocks of houses with walls coated in lead paint.

Border issues with the U.S. & Syria seem to be a thorn in the shoe of Turkey. Those pesky border raids by U.S. Jets seem to be flaming the fires of extreme discontent on the side of our own N.A.T.O. ally. The Turkish Parliament made clear in it's official vote that the United States would not be allowed the use of Turkish Airspace, or the use of Incirlik, the N.A.T.O. base located on Turkish soil for raids on neighboring countries. Not withstanding the typical arrogance of the two cowboys Dick and "W" the US has so far ignored the Turkish Gov't rejection of its territory for attacks on its border states. Several raids have already been launched and carried out by the U.S. on Syria without receiving any Turkish Gov't approval or giving prior notice. Could the U.S. be planning the unthinkable, the ultimate brush aside of a trusted NATO partner as the U.S. prepares a full scale attack on Syria Before "W" leaves office.. If so does the U.S. not believe that Turkey may well consider that kind of bully like aggression, and complete disrespect of its Sovereign territory to launch an attack possibly using some of the U.S. Largest bombers in its war machine an unforgivable sin. Could the U.S. not fully expect that the unrest and response by the Turkish people could be disastrous? Maybe even enough to cause Turkey to support Syria and Iran in any conflict that may occur with the U.S.
Sandy and I predicted prior to last year that the U.S. was already launching attacks on Syria and Iran. This has now been confirmed.
Is the planned late November meeting in France of six members of the U.N. Security Council to discuss Iranian sanctions or to inform them of a possible new development (coordinated Military strike) taking place before "W" leaves office concerning Syria and possibly Iran, bypassing the U.N. permanent members with veto power. If so, our new President Elect should be furious, We guarantee Turkey will be.

Can the mind conceive of a President who might issue pardons to himself and those around him before he leaves office? Does a sitting President have the Constitutional power to issue Pardons by Executive Order, and could those Pardons be excluded from oversight by Congress or the Judicial Branch for a period of months or years even from public knowledge?
Could a President pardon that which no charges have yet been filed on?
The Pardon issue would have been a cake walk with McCain in office, pardons would have been issued like pancakes on Sunday morning, not likely with Obama being elected.
This has got to be causing the Oval Office Bandits and their posse to really be sweating this out. The next two months are a time to keep your eyes open, some real funny business is happening behind the scenes, but someone is likely to get caught with their pants down on this one!

Bush had issue executive orders before leaving office that granted immunity from prosecution and subpoena to all employees of the executive branch of government during the 8 years he was in office. If the U.S. should consider striking Iran or Syria militarily beware of a small country on Russia's southern border being armed at present by Russia with a missile defense system capable of reaching Europe.
Although Russia would hesitate at direct involvement in any conflict, the leader of this small southern country would not.

(as of April 2009 a small country on Russia's southern border has declared the United States "Persona Non Grata" meaning the U.S. can no longer use it to transport supplies to its fronts in Afganistan/Pakistan and the U.S. was ordered to remove personell from it's military bases there)

Senators and Congress persons who were not re-elected were told to vacate their Capital Hill offices by November 14th. Even though they have 2 months officially left in office.
The official reason was to allow the carpets to be cleaned:-)
This means of course that most law Makers not re-elected will return to the offices in their home state for that period. Of course not then being present for any congressional vote that might take place.
This certainly would allow during this time frame the executive branch of government to make unpopular decisions & unlikely to meet opposition from a Congress unable to muster a veto breaking 2/3 vote.

In the Winchester VA. Star on November 12th,2008 there was a report that the DC Transit system had approached the Treasury Dept. for assistance in it's default on $400 million dollars in guaranteed loans from AIG. We had predicted the default in previous predictions of not just the DC Transit/Metro but the Transit Systems of most major cities in the U.S. backed also by AIG. :-)

In Jan 2009 part of the tarp funds were allocated for mass transit defaults as well as a separate bill allocating several billion dollars for national mass transit systems that were in default.

The possibility exists that Iran's Nuclear Weapons Plant is not only fully operational but has already produced several nuclear warheads.
The only way it can be seen that this could be possible is that the facility is underground and located on the Iranian side of the southern Pakistani border. If tunnels were built leading from Pakistan to the facility in Iran to ferry Uranium, Centrifuges, Missile Components, Information Technology etc.
Not to mention the ferrying of Pakistani Scientists themselves to actually help build the warheads. It could certainly explain how fast their capabilities may have increased.
The use of conventional bombers even heavy bombers might find a very low success rate in an attempt to take out such a fortified facility. The powers in Washington are most surely asking themselves at what point if there was a Conventional pre-emptive attack on Iran's facility might Iran retaliate with their own A-Bomb? If the answer comes back with a belief that Iran would most surely use their bomb if they were losing the fight, even if the timing were not known. My guess would be that the U.S. would feel they had no choice but to respond with a first strike in Iran. Possibly even Pakistan.
If this occurs the possibility of Turkey, Syria, Pakistan, Sudan, and possibly a few other smaller countries could enter the situation and not on the side of the U.S.
Some of the additional monies being used to pump up the banking system is to allow for a nest egg of sorts to be available should the U.S. feel it needs to act toward Iran before "w" leaves office.

Should the U.S. decide to use a First Strike on Iran's nuclear facilities, there is a worry that the amount of blasting and destruction could easily spill over into Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia remember is home to Mecca and the Black Cube, (The Black cube contains all the genetic codes for the history of mankind from the beginning and is held sacred by Muslims)
If this sacred location were bombed no matter who did it the U.S. would surely be blamed.. Possibly with enough faithful
prayer divine intervention might occur to insure we humans do not annihilate ourselves before ascension.

Much is being manipulated behind the scenes for war as we have already predicted. Keep peace in our prayers as we enter the early part of December. If the powers that be have their way, Pakistan could well be the chosen entry point of a full scale attack on Iran. A danger point is the 2nd through the 5th of December. But Until Bush and Posse are officially out of office every attempt will be taken to start this war before he leaves in late Jan.
A shadow Government has emerged in Pakistan with the election of the current President (the widower of the assonated former Prime Minister Bhutto) Activities and decisions that are not known by the current Pakistani President are taking place in the highest levels of Pakistan's Military and Intelligence branches. Pakistan's Military Junta have been releasing nuclear technology secrets to other pro-Islamic states for some time and their should be no doubt as to which side they would take in a Middle East War.

In Dec 2008 there was a terrorist attack on India that was blamed on key elements within the Pakistani Intelligence community. Several explosive devices planted in mass transit locations around India failed to detonate. If they had the death toll would have been much greater. Troops were massed on the Pakistani border between both countries for several weeks.
India and Israel have an agreement that if either are attacked they will militarily intercede for each other. How close the world came to a mideast war involving Pakistan and India we can only guess.

We have been predicting for some time now that the immigration issue is not what it seems. In Texas anyone incapable of producing ID if requested to is arrested. In communities across the U.S. where immigrants have typically found affordable housing there is an all out effort to replace it with high cost housing. Funds by Congress for fences along the border have been allocated but not built. Border patrol agent numbers have been reduced along the southern border. Yet in 2008 over 40,000 reported non-citizens were sent to the war fronts in Afghanistan and Iraq and given U.S. Citizenship after they arrived there. On November 11th 2008 the citizenship ceremonies broadcast by the mass media showed most of the individuals taking the oath were in U.S. military uniform. This is what it is all about. Let the immigrants flood across the border, and then take away a place for them to live, fear of being arrested if stopped by police, and tougher fines and penalties on businesses if they hire an undocumented worker.
Citizenship is then offered to any immigrant willing to serve in the military and be deployed in the Middle East. Since they are not Citizens when they leave the U.S. they are most likely not included in the troop deployment counts. They are also most likely not counted in the casualty counts either.
As the economic outlook in the U.S. worsens, is it a far stretch of the imagination to see military recruiters reaping the benifits.

What happened to the Congressional funds allocated to the Dept. of Defense to build state of the art facilities to treat soldiers returning from overseas with IED traumas, (improvised explosive devices) causing traumas inside the brain resulting in permanent damage?
Has the Defense Dept. frozen the funds while it looks for a systematic approach to treat this illness with a short term solution. Are D.O.D doctors first attempting to create clinical histories to support treatment with anti-depressive drugs and counseling? If the information is correct that 1 out of 3 soldiers have IED traumas and a determination is made that the damage is long term. The cost to the Dept. of Defense for soldiers claiming disability for the rest of their lives is unimaginable to the powers that be. This issue will be buried in red tape if the people do not stand up and demand oversight. December 2nd, 2008

Carefuloversight should be taken by relatives of people in nursing homes and hospitals who may be considered terminal to insure that food or nourishment is not withheld in their final weeks. Terri Schaivo the young woman in a coma in 2005 who had food withheld to hasten death could well have been the test case to allow this on a wide spread basis by the medical community without fear of reprisal. In 2009 or early 2010 scientist will announce cures for certain cancers. A break through in peptide research and it's interaction with the DNA will seem like a shining star in medicine. There could be attempts to patent technology controlling this process.
It is becoming more and more important to ask questions, to discern information and not just take the word of a doctor in matters of our health care.

Seeds in a wide variety of vegetables will be introduced in the spring of 2009 by companies that will claim to grow bigger and tastier looking produce. It will not produce seed of it's own. The nutrition levels of this produce may be questionable. Could this be an attempt to reduce available seed for future use as these larger and healthier looking produce become popular.

As we most likely say goodbye to the last of the outdated automakers in late 2010 or early 2011 . An international company unveils a revolutionary concept of an auto that runs on electric, but uses a cell storage held in a crystalline medium. This allows a much larger and longer charge in a reasonable sized battery. This auto is made of a new metal alloy that is extremely light yet has a high tensile strength.
The auto runs just above the road surface on a pocket of air, reducing resistance and the amount of energy needed to propel it. The final straw in the oil camels back comes when several major earth quakes and tectonic land movements change the accessibility to some of the world's largest oil reserves.

Look for the new president to succeed in implementing a national health care package in his first year in office. The plan will reduce the overall payments to health care professionals per visit for those covered under the plan. The perceived idea behind the plan is that since more people are insured, more people will seek treatment. Therefore medical professionals will recoup their compensation in volume business. Of course the medical profession will not see it that way.

By 2010 look for the introduction of synthetic foods to become available to the public as some major food companies go out of business. We may find that many competing brands of certain foods on our shelves today are made by the same company. Just with different names. The loss of even a few large food companies could drastically reduce many choices now available in our markets. The result could be many new food products becoming available to replace them but made with artificial chemical compounds instead of being made from an actual plant or animal. The compounds will of course be hidden under an FDA approved double speak name. The new foods will offer large servings, great taste, make you feel full and even look like the real thing. Over time studies will show the body will not be able to assimilate the necessary nutrition by consuming it in this form of food.

The warlike activities in the Middle East and more specifically Gaza have escalated beyond control. The use of explosives by Israel to strike deep into the underground bunkers of Hamas is destructive to the planet itself.
Israel is using a warhead that was created and first used by the U.S. in the caves and mountains of Afghanistan.
The warhead detonates after it has penetrated deep into the Earth.
The warhead has the capabilities for its percussion and shockwaves to penetrate through cracks and crevices in the bedrock. The shockwaves then follow the meridian lines of the Earth and do not dissipate like other explosives. The meridians most affected right now are those that run through Israel and continue through the Midwest of the U.S. They are the same meridians.
Extreme unstableness is being caused in the areas of Yellowstone National Park by these shockwaves. If something is not done to stop the use of these explosives there could be a very large disaster in Yellowstone before spring 2009.
900 earthquakes have been recorded since Dec 26th. in and around Yellowstone.

Look for the price of medications to plummet by late 2009 early 2010 as Pres. Obama activates his Health Care Plan. The cost of medications of course have been kept extremely high in the U.S. due to economic arm twisting of the public by the pharmaceutical companies. When the government has to start purchasing these medications under it's health plan it is not going to pay the high prices the pharmaceutical companies charge. Neither will the other health insurers when this occurs and prices will drop.

When buying grow lights for plants look carefully at the product. Many stores are carrying lights that offer to make your plants look healthier, not be healthier.
